Service Request

To file a service request click here

Here is how the system works:

• Go to http://osuhousing.com/request/
• Enter your OSU ID (Last Name.##) and Password
• Go to Building Name and use the pull down menu to select "Buckeye Village"
• Go to Location and type in your apartment address (example: 2661 Defiance Ct.)
• Go to Request Type and use the pull down menu to select "Maintenance"
• Type in the request in the area Describe Service Requested. Be as specific as possible.
• Enter your first and last name, phone number and e-mail address
• Click on Submit Request.
• Write down your confirmation number for future reference.
