Recreation Center Guidelines
Use of the Recreation Center
Our recreation center provides Buckeye Village residents an opportunity to rent the facility for private parties and gatherings.
All children under the age of 12 years must be accompnied by an adult.
Renting the Facility
The Recreation Center is avalible for residents to rent.The facility must be reserved at least five business days in advance and a fee and deposit is required to rent the facility for private events.
The following guidelines apply to use of the facility when rented
- The resident who signs this agreement must be present for the entire event. NO EXCEPTIONS
- This reservation does not entitle you to exclusive use of all the Recreation Center Facilities. The library and computer rooms may not be reserved and anyone is permitted to enter the building to use the restroom facilities.
- Full cooperation with the staff member on duty is expected from the residents and their guests.
- Residents are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
- Children must be well behaved and closely supervised at all times. NO running, screaming or climbing on the porch railings.
- No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the Recreation Center or on the grounds.
- No smoking is permitted inside the Recreation Center building or on the porch.
- All guests must have parking passes to park in the Recreation Center parking lot. You may obtain them from the staff member on duty. The resident is responsible for informing all guests of the Buckeye Village Parking Policy.
- No selling of any products or services is allowed in the Recreation Center or on the Buckeye Village grounds.
- At the end of your event, all trash must be deposited in the trash barrels, all equipment must be wiped clean and returned to its original location. Check-out with the staff member on duty when you are finished.
- No food or beverages may be placed on the pool table or the tennis table. NO EXCEPTIONS
- BBQ grills must be placed on the concrete area on the north side of the Recreation Center building.
