After a qualified applicant has submitted an application on-line or in person, the applicant will be added to the wait list for the month they had indicated that they desired to move in according to the date of application.

You can only appear on the wait list once, but you may change your desired date of move in as often as you like. Your application date will remain the same and you will be inserted into the wait list for the new desired month according to your date of application as long as you keep your application active.

An application becomes inactive when you have not received an offer for an apartment and you have not changed your desired month to a future month.

For example you are interested in moving in September of a given year and you do not receive a call for an offer for an apartment it is your obligation as an applicant to let us know that you are still interested by changing your desired month of move in to a new (future month). In this example this must be done by September 30th of that year.

Contact for offers are typically made during the month prior to the desired month of move in (August calls for September's wait list; September calls for October's wait list). Please note that applicant are called in the order of their application date. If an applicant ha not received a call this means that there is not an apartment available for you and if you are still interested you will need to contact the office to change the desired month of move in.
