A Diverse Community
Buckeye Village houses a diverse group of people. Approximately 75% of our residents hail from more than 34 different countries of origin. We have events and meetings geared toward students with families and international families -- including children activities, social events and language support.
A Convenient Safe Location
Located northwest of the campus, Buckeye Village is about a mile from the heart of The Ohio State University. Additionally, the village is protected by Ohio State Campus Police and maintains a low crime rate.
Recreation for You and Your Family
Our recreation center provides Buckeye Village residents an opportunity to socialize with other members of our community as well as the ability to rent the facility for private parties and gatherings. The recreation center is open daily and houses a small computer lab with high-speed internet connections and a laser printer, meeting space, and is equipped with, pool (billiards) tables, table tennis and foosball. Buckeye Village also has two playgrounds located on the north and south side of the village, as well as, a basketball court and a volleyball court located near the recreation center.
Some apartments also have space to plant flowers and Buckeye Village residents have the opportunity to grow vegetables as a part of our near-by community garden. |
